| Introducing Our Veterinarians and Staff |
Jerry McMillan, D.V.M.
- Dr. McMillan is a 1977 graduate of Auburn
University. He is a member of AVMA, TVMA,
Veterinary Laser Society, and Gallatin Lions
Club. He is certified to perform PENNhip, OFA,
and CO2 Surgical Laser Procedures. Dr.
McMillan's medical interests include small animal
medicine but his emphasis is beyond yearly
physicals to disease prevention, geriatric
wellness, internal medicine, surgery, and
orthopedics.
Hillary Kaufman, D.V.M.
- Dr. Kaufman is a 1979 graduate of the Ohio
State's College of Veterinary Medicine. She
practiced veterinary medicine in 4 other states
before settling in Tennessee and joining MVC
team in 1995. Dr. Kaufman's medical interests
include small animal medicine, weight
management, nutrition,and parasite control.
Outside MVC, she is a mother of three and stays
busy with her pets: Jill, Sage, Kate, Bubba,
Sweetness, and Brother.

David Hale, D.V.M.
- Dr. Hale is a 1981 graduate of the University of
Tennessee. He is a member of AVMA and
NAVM. Dr. Hale grew up in Hendersonville and
lived in SC for 11 years before returning to the
area. He served 3 years in the Air Force. Dr.
Hale has 2 cats and enjoys hiking, antique
tractors, and traveling in the southwestern states
of AZ, NM, & UT.
